Graftobian HD Cream Foundation

Graftobian HD cream foundation.
This is a fantastic full coverage foundation.

This foundation goes on well with a damp sponge or buffing brush, lasts well on the skin - and has a good variety of shades to choose from.

You can purchase these foundations in a small palette of five shades - which is a great way to ensure you are going to get the best colour match for your skin as possible.
The colours are categorised in cool,(pink undertones)  warm (yellow undertones0 and neutral (grey undertones).

Jane Iredale Liquid Minerals.

This foundation is my everyday daytime/work makeup during the winter months, and when my skin needs a little TLC.

For those of you who aren’t familiar with Jane Iredale here’s a little background into how this fabulous mineral foundation works.

Makeup Forever HD Foundation

This is another great invisible foundation giving medium coverage, that’s buildable to achieve a flawless complexion.

Another favourite foundation, that photographs well without any flashback.

There’s no strong fragrance, which is a personal preference and important to those with sensitive skin.
The foundation is easy to apply, blends well feeling smooth, weightless and non drying on my skin – giving a soft dewy complexion.

Skin Tightening and Lifting (non surgical)

Microcurrent non surgical lifting and tightening facials.

This is a brief encounter of my experience of a course of 10 microcurrent facials.
Over the years I’ve worked with these facials and seen some fantastic results, after having a few requests I thought I’d share my experience with you.

Jane Iredale Loose Minerals Mixed As A Paste For Maximum Coverage

Full coverage

Following on from my previous blog about Jane Iredale loose mineral powder- here’s my findings on how to get the most coverage from your little pot of wonder.

First you’ll need to gather together a small empty pot with a lid, a small spatula or disposable cuticle stick, a concealer brush, your mixing spritz and your loose minerals  – this is a job for over the sink incase of spillage.

As with most foundations I tend to mix two shades together to get the exact shade for my skin.

Jane Iredale Loose Mineral Mixed Into A Tinted Moisturiser

Jane Iredale Loose Minerals applied as a tinted moisturiser.

Get the most use out of your loose minerals.

You will need your regular moisturiser, primer or spf, loose minerals, a teaspoon, a disposable spatula or cuticle stick and an empty pot that’s sealable– again best done over a sink incase of spillages.

About Jane Iredale Mineral Foundation

Jane Iredale range came to the UK in 1994 – so this brand is well established and was one of the first mineral brands around.
The natural minerals are derived from the earth’s crust and do not have any fillers, talc or preservatives added.
The pigments are strong so only a small amount is needed to give you good coverage.
As there are many mineral brands to choose from the reasons Jane Iredale stuck out from the crowd for me were for the reasons below:

Youngblood Mineral Primer

For a more natural option this primer gets the thumbs up from me.

Again a translucent gel, this smooth gel glides over the skin and helps to soften lines and pores giving your skin a great base to work from.

I like the simplicity of this great travel bottle, it's plastic rather than glass, and is also hygenic with the pump action.

At last something you can throw in your makeup bag without the fear of leakage or broken glass.

After trying many mineral primers, I’ve found Youngbloods primer to be one of the most effective.

Laura Mercier Hydrating Primer,

If you like natural mineral makeup and have dry and dehydrated skin then this is the primer could be for you.

During the winter time when it’s cold outside but extra warm indoors your skin can really dehydrate quickly. You may need to switch from your regular primer to this thirst quenching cream.

This primer comes in a tube, and is a cream formulation that’s of a thin consistency and does help to alleviate dehydration

Airbase Primer

This primer is silicon basedtranslucent gel and comes packaged in a neat clear jar.

Silicon based are particularly good for oily skins, although are suitable for any skin type.

The gel formulation is beautifully smooth and glides over the skin  - this clever little potion - feels as though you have a second skin and is velvet to the touch.

As this is silicon based you can have confidence that your makeup won’t move - even in hot or wet conditions. This works with all foundations not just airbase brand.
